www.shopcanadianrx.com (the “Website”, “shopcanadianrx.com”) is owned and operated by ShopCanadianRx, a Canadian technology platform that connects Customers with licensed pharmacies in Canada (“Partner Pharmacies”). ShopCanadianRx is a referral and service technology provider that facilitates the processing of orders, communications, and service requests between the Customer and the Partner Pharmacy. The Partner Pharmacy is the authorized provider responsible for dispensing, packaging, and supplying medications and related products (“Products”).
By placing an order (“Order”) through the Website, the Customer agrees to the following Terms of Sale (“Terms”). Customers acknowledge that medications and products purchased are those approved for sale within Canada. All disputes, claims, or legal matters relating to the sale, delivery, or use of Products shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and governed by British Columbia law. These Terms may be amended or updated at any time without prior notice.
By submitting an Order, the Customer authorizes the Partner Pharmacy and ShopCanadianRx to act as the Customer’s agent for purposes including, but not limited to:

If any ordered Product requires a valid prescription under Canadian law, the Customer must provide a legitimate and current prescription issued by a licensed prescriber. Prescriptions may be submitted directly by the Customer, or transmitted by the prescribing practitioner via secure fax, electronic transmission, or other acceptable methods as required by law.
For prescription Products, the Customer certifies that they have undergone a personal medical examination with a licensed healthcare provider within the previous 12 months and were issued the prescription in relation to that examination.
Customers must provide accurate and complete personal, medical, and contact information. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the collection, use, and handling of information in accordance with the ShopCanadianRx Privacy Policy. The Customer agrees to review the current Privacy Policy upon submitting any Order. ShopCanadianRx reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at any time.
ShopCanadianRx may modify, update, or discontinue Products, features, or services offered through the Website without prior notice.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment methods may include credit/debit card, electronic payment services, bank transfer, money order, or other available methods. Orders will not be processed or released until full payment is cleared.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or government charges associated with their purchase and delivery.
Customers acknowledge that Products are dispensed by a licensed Partner Pharmacy located in Canada. As the Customer’s authorized agent, the Partner Pharmacy will arrange delivery to the shipping address specified by the Customer.
Delivery times are estimates only. ShopCanadianRx is not responsible for delays in delivery, courier issues, or damage caused by late or failed shipments.
Customers acknowledge that all products are dispensed within Canada and manufactured and approved under Canadian regulations. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all import, customs, and regulatory requirements in their own jurisdiction, including potential review or actions by foreign agencies.
Due to pharmacy regulations and public safety requirements, prescription Products cannot be returned. All sales are final. Customers should consult with a healthcare professional or licensed pharmacist before placing an order if they have concerns or questions.
Product warranties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the product manufacturer. ShopCanadianRx disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Claims regarding defective products are limited to replacement of the affected Product.
ShopCanadianRx is not liable for delays or failures in providing Products or services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including shipping delays, customs processing, supply shortages, courier failure, or unforeseen legal or regulatory interruptions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and ShopCanadianRx regarding any Product or service, and supersede any other written or verbal terms unless expressly agreed in writing.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.
